Nightshift 33 - M81-M90 Block
If he didn't know better, he'd say that the intercom announcements were playing mind games tonight, more than usual.
Clark left his room apprehensive. Last night hadn't gone well; he'd probably nearly died from wounds that shouldn't have even been possible and, to make it worse, Alkaid and Badou and Claire had gotten hurt trying to help him. And what was with the intercom announcement? It sounded like Landels had gotten hacked and then there was something about the security system. Was it possible to leave? Or was it a glitch, something that could make the security system even more deadly? Clark didn't know, but he planned to find out.
Gripping his flashlight in one hand, he stepped outside.

Until now. Well, it was a novel experience, at least. Couldn't go wrong there. "Maybe he changed his plans?"

Yukari made a face at the suggestion. It wasn't a bad one, and she couldn't say for sure it was wrong, but... "Why would he do that?" she murmured aloud, mostly to herself. It was a little worrying since she had no idea where else he could be... Though, at least he wouldn't go anywhere without his spear (she hoped), so he was well equipped if anything.
"Okay, now what?" she asked to no one in particular, annoyance growing in her voice.

She looked down the hallway, biting her lip as she shone her flashlight up and down the walls. It wasn't her choice, really, and he wasn't her friend, but everyone deserved to make well-informed decisions. Even if said decisions would have to be a little less well-informed than Trance was planning on.

She shrugged, smiling a 'it was just a guess' sort of smile. "Maybe it was an emergency or something."

An emergency, huh? Dammit, why weren't there any clues? Where was she supposed to go to find him-- or even begin to think of where to start? Yukari's face grew more worried as she turned down the hallway where they came. "I have to find him, where ever he went."

Well, she thought so. She'd just have to go with that while she was here. Even if it did feel weird.
"Do you have any guesses where he might have gone? Like, does he have other friends? Or, um... did he maybe mention anything weird before we got separated for dinner?" She hesitated, running possibilities through her mind, looking for any that might stick out as likely instead of just possible. "Or maybe what the doctor was talking about? The trial thingies?"
