The central hallway. This seemed like a good place to meet with Taura. Rita hoped her companion was making haste. This opportunity was too good to let slide. She positioned herself by the Sun Room doors, but it was only a matter of seconds before she was fidgeting impatiently, arms crossed and foot tapping.

Against her better judgment, Rita felt… hopeful. Hopeful that this could be her ticket back to Terca Lumireis. Hopeful that she could see Estelle again. If this was the way… then it didn’t matter if there were traps, monsters, or even an army in her way – Rita would overcome it. She had to. There was no other option.

The moment he passed through the door, Claude was once again assaulted with a wave of dizziness, and the feeling that his stomach had jumped straight into his throat. His feet stumbled against what he realized was blue and white tile. After he regained his balance, Claude looked up to find the familiar sight of the men's bathrooms -- more specifically, the one they used when getting ready for a shower.

"Oh, come on," he huffed. "A bathroom? Really?"

Then again, what else should he have expected? It wasn't like Landel was going to let them walk out of that last room without any troubles.

Between his informative conversation with Taura, helping out Leanne, and then finally hearing back from Anise about her well-being, Guy's mood had improved exponentially since he'd woken up. They really seemed to have found the cure, and while a small part of him was worried that the worst would happen and Anise would relapse or it would all just be some way of distracting them from a worse problem, he did his best to shove those thoughts away.

For once, he wanted to feel optimistic about things.

In fact, when the shift change came and it was announced that they would have the opportunity to go to the greenhouse, Guy was quick to get to his feet and let his nurse know that he wanted to go there for lunch. If Taura had found some of that Saint John's Wort there, then Guy needed to at least scope things out and see if there were more of the flowers scattered around to be collected.

He didn't plan to hoard them all for himself -- far from it, in fact. But the more information he could gather and pass on to sick patients, the better.

It didn't take long to get to the greenhouse, and once they were inside Guy's nurse handed him his sack lunch. She told him to enjoy his meal and then left him to wander the area. Guy jumped to it, searching through the aisles of different plants and flowers for something that matched what he'd seen last night.

This was it! Anise's face lit up soon after she entered, her flashlight illuminating cabinets and trays filled with surgical supplies. This was exactly what they were looking for! For a moment, she was scared they were going to run out of time before finding anything, and Anise definitely didn't want to show up empty-handed when they regrouped with Guy and Claude.

"We found it!" she cried with joy, hurrying over to get a good look at the items they could swipe.

... And then her mood dropped. Looking at all those sharp blade, twisted metal tools, forceps of about a dozen different sizes... just imagining those creepy-looking tools being used to cut her open and poke around inside was enough to make her stomach churn. She swallowed hard, trying to push away that sudden apprehension. "W-well, let's get started! Grab anything that looks useful." She set the pillowcase down in the center of the room, so they could both toss in whatever they found.

This room was a little less empty than the previous one. Sinks lined the walls, with a few cabinets visible around and below them.

“I guess this is where the doctors clean up before and after…” Anise murmured, shining her flashlight over the fixtures in the room. She wondered what kinds of surgeries were performed here. Maybe patients were brought here after nightshift to have their injuries treated. They always woke up like they’d been patched up by an expert, after all.

But more importantly… “Maybe there’s something useful in those cabinets.”

No time was wasted in this short stretch of hallway. Link had run across all of Hyrule Field. This hospital was quite small in comparison.

Praying that he wouldn't come across anything to slow him down, Link turned into the main hallways.

It was definitely a good thing that Tear had tracked him down, seeing how she'd had a wealth of interesting information for him. Granted, a lot of it he could have guessed himself, especially the details about Landel's capabilities, but it was always good to have it confirmed by a trustworthy source.

Assuming that Marc was trustworthy, anyway. Guy realized that for all they knew, Marc could be dead by now. That was something they were likely only going to know for sure once night came. The fact that anyone who even claimed to be on their side ended up dead was really not a good sign, and yet Guy realized that they had no choice but to keep pushing forward.

While he was set in his decision that they keep exploring the underground lake and everything beyond it, Guy was still worried that it was going to be another trap. Which would mean that they had fallen for the same trick twice. Still, even that was better than doing nothing, which was what he had to keep telling himself.

The announcement that lunch would be offered as a free shift this time around did take Guy by surprise, though. This was the first time that something like this had been done, as far as he knew, and he wondered what Landel's aim with it was. Maybe he wanted to try and endear himself to them as being more lenient than Aguilar, but he should have realized that that only had a chance of working with the newer patients. Even then, Guy would hope that most people would be smarter than to fall for it.

Still, he realized he might as well take advantage of the option, and so he took his sack lunch and headed outside onto the recreational field. The weather was improving steadily, and Guy couldn't help but enjoy the feeling of the crisp air combined with the sun beaming down on him. He figured he'd take a short walk to get his appetite going before eating.
