Day 31: Intercom, Evening
The intercom's jingle came on with its usual overly-cheery quality, echoing through the halls and doctors' offices.
"I trust, as always, that you all enjoyed the last shift and that all the staff-patient interaction went smoothly. Of course, we're nearing the end of another day and so we must begin to bring things to a close. Nurses and orderlies, please escort all the patients to their respective rooms and make sure everyone gets their dinner--which is, by the way, chicken teriyaki and assorted tempura, along with rice and miso soup--before they retire for the night. A vegetarian substitute is of course available, and we have our usual assortment of drinks; we also have a special of hot green tea to go along with the meal.
"Thank you, everyone, for an exceedingly pleasant day, and our therapy sessions will continue tomorrow as scheduled. Enjoy your dinner, and I will be on again before bedtime to say goodnight."
The announcement ended.
[ As always, individual dinner threads go in response to this post, and it helps to put your character's room number in the subject line. Thanks! ]

Re: M65
"Was there something you needed to do there?" he asked, tactfully avoiding any mention of just how little Sanji'd had to say on the subject when he'd mentioned the clinic earlier. His roommate had probably had plenty of reasons.
Re: M65
Simply put, Sanji hadn't exactly been thinking about it earlier. But if going after Nami wasn't an option... Usopp would be at his room, if the bulletin was anything to go by. Zoro would most likely get lost somewhere, and it'd be his own damn fault. He may or may not run into him. And then Luffy was... Luffy. He'd be fine.
"Not really," the pirate shook his head. "But it's a hub, you know? Might run into someone, or might find something to do." As long as they didn't ask to look at his injuries. He could do without the prodding.
Re: M65
"That makes sense." And it did, really. It reminded Light of a point he'd considered earlier, though, but rather than state it now, he focused on his journal once more. It would be better to simply bring it up with Suou the next time he saw him.
Although... ah, it would probably be a good idea to ask for permission in advance, wouldn't it? That might decrease the chances of Sanji agreeing (Light was convinced no one could say no to Tamaki's big blue eyes-- except for him, of course), but at least it would leave him in better stead with his roommate if he asked ahead of time rather than springing it on him at the last second. "I've been thinking-- the clinic is a valuable resource, isn't it? It seems foolish to have it in only one of the patient blocks when others might be closer to where the injured become, well, injured. Therefore, it would make sense if we had one in all the others." He paused, checking to see if Sanji was following him so far before finishing by saying, "With that in mind, if I were to volunteer our room as a secondary clinic location, would you have a problem with it?"
Re: M65
He wondered how much Light knew about medicine. He hadn't introduced himself as a doctor, so perhaps it was just an interest of his? Misa sure knew how to pick her "knights" in any case.
