Night 41: M-B Block Hallway
[From here]
After a few minutes, von Karma arrived at the main patient block hallway. Although it was nearly identical to that of the one in which he was formerly assigned, it felt different to him. Certainly, the trip from his room to the hallway was somewhat longer than it had been for him previously.
Right now, he was the only one in here, but that would soon change as more patients left their rooms. Wanting to avoid inviting any kind of trouble by tarrying here too long, he cautiously peered out the door to ensure that no threats existed. Satisfied that there were none, he went through the door to enter the main hallway.

Ciel's steps were slow and measured as he progressed down the hall way, double checking to make sure he had grabbed his map. He felt around his pocket for the neatly folded piece of paper and glanced at it carefully, making sure he was headed in the right direction.
It would be logical to check the storage facilities first for any supplies, but they seemed to be located on the second floor. Ciel would have to go through a series of hallways to get there, all of which were starting to appear heavily populated judging by the amount of people wordlessly passing him by and ignoring him.
From the looks of things, everyone else had been placed in the same position, relying on exploration and scavenging for survival. Ciel hated to think he would have to live like this, almost on par with a starved rat, wandering around a winding maze for a prize at the end that may or may not be there. Fortunately, it looked like there were no monsters hidden here or nothing of note. Still, he had to keep his eyes peeled for any of the unsavory characters he'd been warned about.
