Day 41: Sun Room
Haseo's steps were heavy with the weight of righteous anger as he was escorted into the Sun Room, his posture so sullen and reluctant you could almost hear the nostalgic cry of an electric guitar. He was seething, and though perhaps it was a bit harder to be intimidating while wearing the uniform of an insane asylum and flanked by a bored-looking orderly, it was not for lack of trying.
Unfortunately, his nurse seemed unaffected by the act, and even with the cloud of failing to keep "Kai" away from "Peyton" hanging over her, remained determinedly cheerful. She merely said something about receiving a lecture later on, ignored his retorts, and assured him that it would be alright even though his internet stalker was in the same building. For the most part, Haseo tuned her babbling out after that, dismissing it as hopeless.
"...and usually this would be the time children would be taking showers, but you don't have to worry about that right now. Now then, le--"
"Wait. What?"
"Oh, all the children seventeen or under are separated right now while the adults go to the courtyard..."
"Hey, I'm not a kid you old--!"
"Oh of course you aren't dear, but you're not eighteen yet either, now are you?"
Haseo resisted the urge to do something rash, literally biting his tongue to keep quiet. But upon having the bulletin board pointed out to him, he shrugged off his anger for the most part and headed that way, fully intending to get more answers than he'd had time to receive during breakfast.
Well... at least Endrance is in another shower group, he thought, Thank god.
[Closed to Tsukasa, for now!]

...Wait, not like that. It was only natural, right? Naoto was the only person he knew who was here. So of course he was more comfortable around her. Nothing strange about that. But the hag was insistent that he follow her wherever the hell she felt like dragging him. Ironically, it looked like it was the Sun Room, that place Naoto had been talking about with the bulletin board. Wasn't hard to spot or anything either. He went over to the thing to see if he could read up on whatever it was she had wanted him to read up on.
Kanji lost interest after about five minutes. There were way too many really long posts and people talking about bullshit for him to even care. Like he was going to stand here and read all that junk. So... Now what?
He looked around at the people in the room, already feeling himself getting anxious. Man, he hadn't tried talking to people since, like, middle school. Senpai and the others kind of didn't count since they'd gone and rescued him and saw... well, all that stuff. Wasn't much to hide from them. These people were all different. Should he even bother trying to talk to anyone?
...Alright, screw it. Let's try reading this stupid thing again.

He headed over to the bulletin anyway, his damp hair hanging down against his neck and the collar of the t-shirt, soaking it through. There was someone standing in the way of it. Ed scowled in irritation. "Excuse me. I need to check that too." He was stood right in front of the damn thing!

Course, it'd be easier if some prick wasn't standing behind him distracting him. Trying to sort through this thing was frustrating enough as is. Kanji didn't move an inch. He turned his head enough to glance back (and down) at the guy who'd opened his trap. "Then either go 'round or wait your turn."

Was it really that hard to go around? Plus, he could finish reading faster without this moron distracting him. Kanji hardened his look on the kid... but ended up staring at his arm. ...The hell was that? He had a robot arm? Or was it part of some costume thing?

"I got no reason to listen to you either!" Kanji snapped, finally facing the kid completely as soon as he started to move his way closer. "Quit acting like a freaking brat. What the hell's the big emergency you can't wait one damn minute?"

He actually did move a step to the side. This was the kind of thing you usually say sorry for. But he wasn't sure how one really went about that. So he opted for just awkwardly standing there.

He turned to look up at the other boy. "Because I didn't feel like it." It wasn't any of his business anyway. He skimmed the board again, checking for any weapon requests or notes from Hughes, but found nothing.
