Nightshift 21: F1-F10 Hallway
Naminé realized all too late when she returned to her room that she had neglected to ask where Kairi's room was. There was a good chance that she was close by, but at the same time... there was a chance she was all the way in the very last halls. Or maybe she had already left!
Naminé didn't bother eating her dinner, leaving it on the desk with a note indicating it was alright if some scavengers wanted to eat it, and then she went out into the hallway, armed only with her flashlights and a few pens.
There was no way she could fight like River, but Naminé had to have something.
She had half a mind to call out Kairi's name softly as she wandered the halls, but remembered what happened last time. She had attracted some... nasty visitors to say the least. The woman with the poker. Naminé had never seen her again, so it seemed safe to assume that one really could die at Landels.
Shuddering at that sobering thought, Naminé hurried along a little quicker than she intended.

Well, perhaps they were outside. Naminé didn't know. She just didn't want to remain in her room for the night, in case any unexpected visitors decided to drop by.
"A-Alright... Yes, it's safer to travel in groups. I... think," Naminé answered Alyssa's question, then frowned when she realized she wasn't being helpful. Was it wise for her to lead the group? She had lead Kairi in The World That Never Was, but that situation was entirely different.
Well, there was only way to go anyway.

"Kaylee," she called softly as she approached, flashlight and radio in hand. She hadn't found a suitable, makeshift weapon as of yet. "Mal hasn't arrived yet, has he?" The Companion tried to sound as level-headed and calm as she could. It was hard not to sound worried, but she'd been schooled for this.

"Wow, you scared me. No, the Captain ain't here yet...wonder what's keeping him." She peered at her Companion friend questioningly. "D'you think that we got the rooms messed up and we're supposed to meet him somewhere?"
