Nightshift 34: M21-30 Hallway
Wolfram had debated slowly as to whether or not he should go out for the night. He was still really worn out from the night before, Aidou was busy, he had no idea where anyone else was that he should be looking for, and quite honestly... staying in and sleeping was more than a little tempting. But his mind was troubled, and he felt a bit restless at the same time. Maybe he could just explore the patient room hallways, see if he could figure something out from there.
Stepping out into the hallway, he carried nothing but his flashlight. The bat and his other possessions were kept inside, since he had no plans of going out too far.
It wasn't long before he found himself moving down what was becoming a familiar hallway.

He was feeling a little tired himself, now that he thought of it. When was the last time he'd slept? Ahh that was right, just after his duel with Wolfram at the Bielefeld estate. That felt like so long ago with all that's happened.
Walking over to stand in front of Wolfram, Yuuri dropped his hands back down to his sides as he leant down to peer closely at the blonde Mazoku. "You shouldn't push yourself so hard. If you're tired, then you should get some sleep."

"I can't! Don't you get it? I have to make sure that you're safe, and that you don't..."
I have to make sure that you won't leave again. But he didn't say that out loud. His hands tightened into fists before he forced himself to relax again. It wasn't right to take anything out on Yuuri.
Instead, he laid down on the mattress on his side, and reaching forward, he grabbed Yuuri's hand with his and attempted to tug him onto the bed along with him.
"....Please?"

That was why he was so surprised to find his hand suddenly seized and tugged after Wolfram lay himself down. There was a definite air of discomfort around the Maou at the offer. They'd slept together in the same bed for quite some time now, but that bed was a king sized, and often had Greta safely tucked in between himself and Wolfram. Glancing down at the bed, Yuuri smiled awkwardly as he eyed the single bed.
There wasn't much room there.
But it was the soft muttering of 'Please' that stopped Yuuri from outright rejecting the offer. They were just two people after all, and it wasn't like Wolfram would do anything, right?
"Well, if it will help you sleep better," Yuuri muttered before hesitantly seating himself on the edge of the mattress. Pulling his hand from Wolfram's, Yuuri lay himself down on his side in front of Wolfram as he faced his back towards the blonde.
Where was Greta when he needed her?

He was, however, scared of making Yuuri scramble away from him as what happened sometimes at home, so he was afraid of touching him. And yet he longed to, to keep reminding himself that Yuuri was there and still real.
Shivering, he settled for shifting just the tiniest bit closer, so that his head was only just barely apart from Yuuri's shoulders. But he didn't touch.
Fighting back a yawn, he tried to distract himself from the strong urge by talking a bit longer.
"Tomorrow is... I think we're going out somewhere. You should stay close to me."
His tone suggested that he wouldn't really put up with any protests against this idea.

"Eh?" Yuuri sounded questionably at Wolfram's words. "I didn't realise mental institutions made special outing trips." He murmured while glancing over his shoulder.
Granted, there was that one American film about a mental institution outing, but he didn't think that real institutions did that. Guess he was wrong. Resting his cheek back against the mattress, Yuuri sighed. "Maybe someone out there will know exactly what's going on."

He felt lightheaded and dizzy from lack of energy, but his mind was still unsettled, still worried about what could happen to them.
"Mmm... Maybe they'll know about the lights too. Since they know you're not really supposed to be here. Glad you are though."
The part of his brain that wasn't mostly asleep realized that the words didn't quite make sense, but he was too tired to correct himself.

Settling down on the mattress, Yuuri remained quiet as he felt Wolfram shifting behind him. He needed to get everyone back to their original homes, but he hadn't yet been able to make any connection to either Shin Makoku or Earth - something that worried him more than anything. How can he get Wolfram and the others to safety?
Wolfram's words broke the young Maou out of his thought as the blonde Mazoku spoke. Confused, he glanced back over his shoulder before simply shifting himself around to his other side so then he could face Wolfram.
"Lights?" Yuuri asked with confusion highlighting his voice. What was Wolfram going on about? "Neither of us are meant to be here, Wolfram. But as I said before, I'd rather be here knowing you're safe, then be safe back on Shin Makoku or Earth. We're in this together."

He nodded at Yuuri's words, although they all kind of blurred together, even though he was trying hard to listen and pay attention.
"Can't lose you again," he mumbled. "You might go through a hole and never come back. Was too hard to see... the first time..."
He quieted after that, and moments later was deeply asleep, worry still etched across his features that he'd been trying so hard to hid from his fiance and hadn't been doing such a good job at towards the end.

His words were cut off though as he heard the sleepy mumble. Go through a hole? Why was this sounding like that fairytale, Alice in Wonderland, of all things?
"Hey, Wolfram," He had an idea of what Wolfram was speaking about. His attempts to continue the conversation; however, failed when it appeared that Wolfram had fallen asleep. Typical. Yuuri glanced down to see the arm wrapped around his waist before sighing tiredly. Trust Wolfram to do something like that just to make sure he couldn't sneak off without the blonde Mazoku.
Sighing, Yuuri settled back into the mattress. Maybe he'd wait a little while before testing Wolfram's hold on him, before trying to move off to sit on the other bed.
