Night 29: Main Hallway 2-East

William continued on out of the stairwell before looking around the area that they had passed through several nights before. Nothing had changed, it appeared, though that meant little in this place. William grinned and glanced over his shoulder at Wesker as he began walking.
"I am curious," he started, careful to keep his voice lowered. "Just how long do you think it would take for a man's will to break if an outside influence constantly causes his hopes to rise and fall?"

There were other people in the hall, further on, but that hadn't bothered her any. She held a breath as the sound died out and looked to the closest hallway. Here, she knew, is where things became especially dangerous.
Still...
...Still, she should have asked for some help, she realized with a look back at the stairwell. No... No, she had to move forward. Help could come later.
