Nightshift 29: East Wing, North Hall 1-A
[from here]
Aidou exited the cell block, heading down the hallway to the second male block. There were two stops he had to make in there, and with any luck there wouldn't be too much of a hold up. After all, he made a point of keeping out of the glow of people's flashlights as much as possible--even wearing white over grey, it was more easy than not to blend in.
Habitually, he kept an eye on each end of the corridor, absolutely refusing to be caught unawares himself.

As he walked the halls in eerie calm with his darkened flashlight by his side, Kikyo thought back to the courtyard and his lakeside evening with the child who had the eyes of one far beyond his years. Those were eyes of one who could be as Shion was. Shion possessed a calm charisma with a centered self assurance of one who walked the righteous path. But at the same time, he was frighteningly cold, with a will that could set aside all the weaknesses of human emotion for a higher purpose.
This was why Kikyo never had the courage to meet that man face on. For he was the very opposite of him - weak to temptation, and unable to let go of his earthly desire.
Did you walk these halls as well, my friend?
Kikyo's lips curled into a mirthless smile. What a place this would have been, for one so enlightened as he.
