Hallway Outside Sun Room
[[from here]]
The feeling was strong. There was something out there. And as he neared the Sun Room, it was even stronger. It felt like an Akuma, but he couldn't be sure, not in this place. As much as he didn't want to wait around here, he had to meet Emily. He couldn't help thinking that they should have picked a safer place. He'd never been very good at planning things though. He just had to take things as they came, one at a time.
He leaned against the wall with a sigh and settled in to wait, moving his flashlight up and down the hall just to be sure nothing was coming after him.

As she was approaching the meeting area, Larxene had already made the necessary "adjustments" so that Allen wouldn't suspect anything. Not that a boy that dumb would ever be capable of realizing the truth until it was too late.
Ah, if only all 'playthings' could be this stupid.
When she arrived, however, Larxene saw that he was already joined by several other people, most of which she didn't recognize. Except for one.
She wouldn’t have him all to herself? Disappointing.
Regardless of the unexpected company, the Nobody maintained her facade.
"Allen! I'm so glad I found you. I hope I didn't keep you waiting long." She looked at the others before momentarily glancing at ‘Catherine’. "Oh, I hope I'm not... interrupting anything?

He was cut off by an outcry of Allen's name as some little girl jumped him from behind. He blinked briefly, and would have made some sarcastic remark about her, had there been time. There wasn't. They had to react now.
"...we have to keep people from going through those doors!" he said, cursing slightly as Renji rushed by. Ichimaru was dangerous under the best of conditions. In these conditions...the situation would just get worse.
He glanced briefly to the newcomer, then back to Allen. This was what he had to bow out on account of? A date? Great. "No, you're fine," he answered, then looked back to Matsumoto.

Renji's appearance was of far more importance. She reached out to stop him, but he rushed past too quickly for her to stop him. Damn! He was going to get himself killed!
A few seconds later, she felt the characteristic displacement of air and caught a flash out of the corner of her eye. Flash step. Her expression darkened. "What about Renji?" If shunpo took the amount of energy that kidou did, he wouldn't be in any fit state.
"What about Renji?"

And then, just his awful luck, was when Miss Emily appeared as well. Allen glanced over at her helplessly. "Mi... Miss Emily! Ah, I'm sorry you've... caught me in such a sorry state of affairs. I just... ah..."
He was just going to get in the way of Hitsugaya and his other friend. They were worried about Renji, well, of course! He'd just charged in there without a second thought! It wasn't the brightest of maneuvers. Even he knew that! He doubted he could do much to help. If Rhode was brought into the equation, it would only hinder any relief efforts. "I'll... um... I'll take these ones to safety," Allen said quickly, turning away from the others.
"Please, follow me Miss Emily," he coughed, still trying to remove Rhode. "It isn't safe here."

It was a dumb move, but it was the best move to make at the time.
He was about to give orders, when he caught a second glimpse. Two people sneaking past them and into the sun room. "Idiots!" he cursed, then looked to Matsumoto. "Go check on Abarai, fix him up if he needs it. I'm going to get those dumbasses out of there."
Before waiting for a confirmation, he rushed into the sun room, praying that he could get to them before the full-powered shinigami could. Matsumoto knew her job better than any other shinigami. He didn't need to wait.
