Night 70: West Wing, South Hall 1-A
[From here.]
It was quiet -- so quiet that Castiel slowed his pace slightly, keeping a careful eye on the dark hallway that stretched out in front of him. With the help of his flashlight he was able to spot the stairs that would have taken him up to the second floor, if that was where he wanted to go. Instead, access to the third floor was supposedly found here on the ground level. That was the exact sort of confusion that he would expect from the Head Doctor, however.
As empty as the area was, there didn't seem to be any sign of monsters or ghosts, either. He was alone, and while that might have been frightening to a human, Castiel saw it as liberating. He squared his shoulders and kept moving toward the meeting place he and Kratos had decided on.

They'd probably need all they could get.
His eyes glanced around again when Tsurugi spoke, unable to resist the urge to check again, to make sure they were alone. Even so, he shook his head, missing the silent evaluation. "Not at all," he said. "I was actually hoping I'd find you." He started moving down the hall, heading toward he was pretty sure he remembered there being stairs. Sure enough that he didn't think he needed to consult his map to check. Knowing that, though, didn't keep a pensive frown off his face. "I'm not sure how well I can lead us there, though. They knocked me out before they took me up there, and I couldn't see when they let me go. I didn't have a flashlight until Kratos..." A flicker of something unreadable pinched his face. "Until Kratos found me. I was bleeding, though, so maybe there's a trail we can follow."
