Nightshift 24: Second M Block, Near the bathrooms and exit
((Coming from here.))
It wasn't a long way to go before he wound up at the doors leading out of the cellblock. Kimbley couldn't quite remember what room Wesker said he was in - not that it mattered - but he knew it would still be a while. The doors had just unlocked; he wasn't expecting anything, or anyone, else to show up and recognize him for a while.
Hah, although it would be deadly if Mustang showed up and saw him. Then he might have to forego traveling through this place with Wesker just to spend some time with his old friend. That would be more than worth the later bruises he got - or the current ones.
Now he was hoping Mustang arrived. Really, really hoping. He hadn't had fun since Lior; it was about time something happened.

That was certainly something that didn't belong in a mental hospital. What sort of hospital let monsters wander around at night where the patients could get hurt?
Sure, he'd been looking for a fight, but he'd been planning on ambushing a nurse or orderly. It was a good thing ZEX hadn't come along.

"Semi-intelligent guards are usually not released without a handler, or if the entire set-up is more for the amusement of an audience." Was that the point to this? It seemed reasonable to suppose that there would be cameras hidden throughout this facility.

"It doesn't make sense, though. Maybe if we can find someone who works here we can... ask them some questions," He wasn't particularly fond of interrogation, but it could be useful to know what was going on.

HK's face twitched, almost smiling for a moment. "Exclamation: My favorite pastime! I do hope some of the staff are capable of answering questions." Whether they actually had answers or not was irrelevant. Torture was never really done for the answers, anyway.

And, naturally, HK would be a fan of interrogation. SubZero had never had much use for it, the Grandmaster had never sent him on any missions that required purposefully not killing someone.
"Good, I'll let you do the questioning, then."

HK nearly smiled again. "Query: Shall we continue on?"

Hopefully, HK would prove to be an exception, since he'd dealt a very deadly blow to the cat earlier. As long as he went for the kill when they were fighting, SubZero didn't care if HK liked to torture people for answers. It saved him the trouble, at least, and made an excellent threat.
"Of course, lead the way. If we could find some offices, there would probably be people around them, and if not, maybe something useful."
