NIGHT 47: M-C Block Hallway
[from here]
Considering he was most likely in a laguz-torture facility he figured attracting attention to himself would be an act of idiocy. For this reason, he didn't call out to anyone and flipped off his magic torch the moment he exited the room. As his eyes adjusted to the darkness, he closed the door as silently as he could (noticing "M100" marked on the outside of it) and stayed close to the wall.
It came to his attention that this room seemed to be at the beginning of a new larger hallway. Ranulf needed to start exploring if he wanted to get anywhere. He saw no signs of life when he looked down the hallway of the room he'd just left, and this hallway looked just as barren.
"All the better..." he thought. Carefully looking both ways and limping a bit from his bruised knee, he walked horizontally across the hallway toward the outline of a door. Almost falling again from loss of balance, he caught himself by placing both hands on the wall next to the door. Thank goodness he'd been close! He didn't need another bruised knee slowing him down. Outside the halls were actually... pretty empty. Raph growled softly under his breath. That figured. He'd forgone getting the flashlight out, expecting there the be lots of others around the place giving him enough light to get by. But now that there wasn't and his eyes had adjusted, he'd either have to hope that the main hall was just as empty, or risk taking the hit to his nightvision on the way. Great.
Well wasting time around here wasn't going to make things any easier, so he might as well make use of the cover while he had the chance. It wasn't like he had all night to waste after all.
Moving swiftly and sticking close to the walls, Raphael continued.

For once, Minato found himself one of the first out and moving through the block hallway. His head felt refreshingly clear tonight, now that the remnants of his headache were gone and Orpheus and Thanatos were not repressed. He clicked on his flashlight and turned to the right, keeping one shoulder to the wall since both of his hands full. M110, M100, M90 ... and then the wall.
Shifting the bag on his shoulder just a little, he moved on to the patients' rooms. He didn't want to keep Leon waiting when he was doing a big favor for him.

Carrying the newly-made, but still somewhat unusable, sword presented some new challenges for Minato. As he walked back out into the hallway, he thought about what his next step should be. Even as he pondered what he should do with the rest of the night, he headed towards his room; he could at least prep his sword in the mean time.

After poking his head out to make sure there weren't any guards ready to pounce on him, Ranulf slowly pushed the door open and slipped out of the tiled room, torch already clicked off so as not to attract attention. His eyesight seemed about the same as ever, so he didn't need to wait long for them to adjust to the darkness. Glad to be away from the stench of excrement and urine, not to mention his own reflection, he stayed close to the wall and moved as quickly as he could toward the outline of another door he'd seen earlier.
He thought he heard voices and footsteps coming from the direction his cell had been but lucky for him the hallway in which he was currently located was vacant. Upon reaching the door he tested it, and was happy to find the knob turning loosely in his hand. Letting out a small sigh, he opened the door and proceeded to his next area of exploration.

This hospital was pretty strange, and Naruto didn't have his bearings yet. It didn't seem like Konoha, but maybe that made sense, considering the state Konoha had been in when he left.
The sooner he got outside, the better.

The halls appeared to be deserted thus far, though Tenzen couldn't determine whether this happened to be a good sign or not. If he was early, it was only natural most other patients would still be in their respective rooms going about their own preparations. But if he was late, it was difficult to see why anyone would spend their time among the patient blocks. Little useful could be found here, after all.
The ninja hurried along the familiar area. For now he would explore the second floor and attempt to locate more weapons. He would need to go through the main hall in order to reach the staircase, and the main hall usually happened to be the most traversed area.

After glancing around for any signs of movement or threats (even though the monsters usually did not appear near the patient blocks. Key point: usually), he quickly moved through the hallway. This area was becoming so familiar by now he could traverse it blindly at this point, but whether this was a good thing or not happened to be up for debate. How long has it been already since he first arrived? Two weeks? Three weeks? It seemed so much longer since he had last been on Pride Rock, on his rightful place.
Scar shook his head, as it was hardly the time to think of this now.

Stepping into a second hallway from the first one, Guybrush was faced with a couple of options: take a left and go down the hallway to the door he could barely see at the end of the corridor, or open the door on the opposite wall that was a lot closer. He didn't need much time to think that decision over.
Opening the closer door, he stuck his head inside a quick moment, pulling it back when he realized that wasn't the right direction. "Bathroom. I don't have to go, but it's good to know where it is for future reference."
Well, that left him with the door at the end of the hall. "The doors around here have pretty high numbers. I'll bet I need to go over a few halls to find M14."

He was almost there, now. Bart wondered what Tim had planned.
He couldn't forget to bring up the black outs. Tim had probably already noticed, but he'd be pleased if Bart brought it up himself.

Scott paused near the bathroom door on his way through the second hallway. Did he have to go? He looked up and scratched his head, envisioning a pixelated Pee Meter in his mind. Nope. The little green bar was still pretty low. Never hurts to check! Moving on!
And so Scott did.

"Come on, Bart," Tim said. "First stop is outside. I think there's a shed or something in the garden that might have rope or something useful. Maybe there will be garden tools that I could possibly fashion into a grappler, but I don't know yet. Rope, though. That's a priority, and the Janitor's Closet upstairs doesn't have any."
His tone was all business and no pleasure - 100% genuine bat. Though if you asked him, he would deny being like Batman. Forever.

To fill silence as they moved down the hall, he asked, "Hey, you've heard about how some people have been blacking out, right? I was kind of thinking maybe they were drugging our food, but I'm not sure that makes a lot of sense considering that people are apparently blacking out at different times and for different periods. I mean, I lost most yesterday and a couple shifts today, but Wally says he hardly ever talks to his roommate anymore because the guy's always sleeping, and Piper's been here less than a week, but he's already lost a day..." Okay, so he'd kind of gone from asking a question to running off at the mouth, but like that was such a big deal coming from him. Tim had to be used to it by now, especially considering he was from the future. Which brought up something else Bart needed to ask him...But later, okay?

"I don't think they're drugging us," Tim said. He himself had experienced the blackouts, after all. Waking up after a whole day had passed, with no memory or idea of what the hell had happened beforehand.
It didn't feel like drugs.
Tim glanced over at Bart. "What," he said, though it wasn't a question. Bart had something on his mind, obviously, and Tim had never been one to beat around the bush.

And he was just distracting himself. Because Tim knew there was something else he wanted to talk about, and Bart wasn't really sure he actually did.
He grinned weakly. "Are you sure you're not psychic?" he asked, and fidgeted. That carried them all the way into the next hallway.

There weren't too many people in the next hallway over, but Niikura was already impressed by the way that many of the "patients" he saw seemed to be moving with a purpose; no one was just idling wandering down the hall - or maybe he had just missed those guys.
He still had no idea where he was going, so Niikura just continued down the hallway until he reached an open door leading out into an even larger hall. No shrieks or crazy monster noises yet. Probably a good sign.

As far as she could tell the main hallway was entirely empty, though there were some few indications that others were present in the individual corridors, some stragglers still chatting in or outside of their rooms. Any time it was quiet around here it left Ayumu feeling distinctly uneasy (not that it would show to the casual observer). She moved to the row that was her destination and paused at the open end, watching, listening, and waiting for the right moment to move on.

Where to go from here? The best option should be the main hallway, where there was bound to be plenty of other people with means of seeing in the dark. It had worked well for him before, hadn't it? Though any "alliance" he had with Saucekay was shaky at best, it was still something. With the lack of response he was getting from his teammates. he needed a couple other connections. He wasn't a complete fool.
