And again, dinner was quiet, and thankfully so. It was slowly but surely becoming the only time of day that Yukari truly had to herself; she was far from antisocial, certainly, but all day was nothing but people all around, nurses on top of it, and through out it all there was nothing but worrying, conspiring, wondering when it would all come to an end... It felt so far away, and every time she mulled on it, talked about it, planned for it, Yukari wished it would all go away, like waking up from a dream. The temptation to just go to bed this one night in hopes that maybe, possibly that would happen was strong, in hopes that doing so would mean doing just that. It was tiresome in a way, but on her own she could unwind a little, daydream about other things that nobody would ever bother thinking about here. Whether it was silly or not, she didn't care-- it was some way to get her mind clearer and get her more mentally prepared for whatever was head of her for the night.
She had plans to follow through tonight with Akihiko and Junpei, because sleeping the feeling off wasn't ever going to get them a step further. That didn't mean this would, either, but at least doing this meant they could claim they tried.
Yukari had readied herself long before the lights went out. With her equipment in hand and her school uniform on, she set out to meet with the two.
