Nightshift 39: Quarry

The quarry looked more or less the same as it had a few nights ago, and Sora was relieved to see that no one else seemed to be around. It was partly because he wanted the place to themselves, and partly because people could get seriously hurt if they were around here without being properly prepared.
He noticed some of the vehicles and equipment in the distance, but they hadn't been too helpful last time and so he just ignored them. Right now, the priority was getting down.
His wounds were still giving him some grief, but it was a little easier to ignore now. Sora slowly let the extension cord fall from his arm into his hands and started to unravel it as he turned to Allen. "So, how are we going to do this?"
