Naoto didn't mind having to return to her room, as the shifts prior to this had been fairly productive, at least as much as she figured they would be. There was only so much one could accomplish when you had authorities monitoring your every move; needless to say, it was very annoying. Thankfully they didn't seem to care much about what you talked about, whether it was written or by word. Strange, but what wasn't? Something was fishy about it for certain, but with Landel wholly aware of his actions and that the patient populace here wasn't crazy (most of it, anyway-- the bulletin tended to have some... interesting entries indicating otherwise), he probably didn't care enough to make the nurses and doctors do anything about it. Perhaps he reveled in it, took some sort of twisted pride how everyone talked about him; it was like a child wanting to be the center of attention. Some criminals wanted as much, Naoto knew-- the only difference between this madman of a doctor and the average man was that they all had to play in Landel's world. He was in control, here, but with the right information (and maybe some luck on their end, too), they'd take it back.

She was going to see to it in one way or another.

The meal itself looked appetizing, more so than their lunch did. It still looked like a lot, but she could have some of it before the end of the day; she'd probably need it. For now, her notebook-- already filled with several pages of notes-- was set aside. Naoto had already spent the entire day pouring her mind into it, and unfortunately anything she currently had wasn't enough to get her as far as she'd like. She needed more, however the night was approaching, so maybe she'd get it. Utena would be arriving soon, as well; the girl wanted to talk, and hopefully she could provide something Naoto didn't already have.
