Nightshift 38: M-B Block Hallway
[From here]
Aside from his own footsteps, it was completely silent when Tyki slipped into the next hallway. Not that he'd particularly minded or anything. At least he wouldn't be held up by some bothersome monsters this way.
The Noah only paused to lit a cigarette before heading towards the next door. Thankfully their meeting spot wasn't on the other side of the building, because that would have been a waste on playing time.

Shinichi just gave Heiji a helpless shrug. Sokka was an idiot, and quite possibly insane, but he couldn't just leave the guy to fend for himself. That would have been going against everything he believed in as a detective and as a decent human being. And he was sure that Sokka would make a nice addition to their little group. They could be "The Three Stooges Plus One" (Shinichi was, of course, the plus one).
"I did tell him much more than that, though," Shinichi warned. "I don't know this place as well as you do. You've been here longer." Which made for a great excuse to foist Sokka off on Hattori, really. The detective was rather proud of himself for having thought of it. "I concede to your superior knowledge of the horrors of Landel's Institute." Excellent. It was all falling into place.
He gave their third Stooge an easy grin. "Hey, nice to meet you, Commander." Weird name, but whatever. He went by Edogawa Conan most of the time these days, so he couldn't really judge. "You can also call me 'Kudou,' 'Shinichi,' or 'Meitantei-sama.' Now c'mon, Hei-chan. Let's get this show on the road, shall we? The bathroom, right?"
