Soubi smiled a little again, but it was a kinder smile this time. He reached out and awkwardly ruffled the man's hair. It just seemed like the right thing to do. Kio usually liked it when they were drunk, anyway. It was about the only time Soubi willingly touched him in a friendly manner.

"I never used to feel anything much." He had his heart broken. He experienced pride and a dissapointment. But nothing much else.

"You don't get much of a choice with this place. They'll do what they want."
