It was Tony's turn to watch Wally, and he did so as seconds ticked by, eyes narrow and brow knitted in bafflement. "You're a miserable liar," he said finally. "Never play poker. You'll lose." He tapped his fork against the side of his plate several times, in an idle fidget that would no doubt become annoying if he kept it up. "So, adrenaline and blood loss, huh? I'm not buying it."
