Day 35: Weigal Street
[from here]
Well... he supposed that one benefit of such a small town would be to make it difficult to get lost. Even without other patients crossing this street, he was aware of nurses vigilently keeping an eye over him at the street corners, and smiled and waved politely at them.
The passing, almost wistful glance at the side wall of the hardware store was a nostalgic feeling. Impossible with the nurses' eyes directly on him even if Vlad's abilities still remained, but just a quick intangible pop in and grabbing whatever looked useful to bring home with him... true, Vlad Masters shouldn't have to behave like an ordinary thief anymore, but everyone had to get started somewhere, and the simplicity of those days had been nice.

The video rental place on the little side street they turned onto was in and of itself an anachronism. It didn't seem right to see brightly colored signs in its windows advertising DVDs and video games for rent in a town that otherwise proclaimed itself to be set before such things.
It seemed especially out of place when Edgeworth turned to look across the street. The hardware store was of the old-fashioned variety that had been replaced by sprawling 'home improvement' establishments the size of the town itself, with tall ceilings and employees wearing bright orange aprons.
"One of these things is not like the other," he muttered, rounding the corner onto Main Street.
