Skuld thought that at the most, Momo would ask Signum to help her stand, so when she was unexpectedly picked up she yelped in surprise and tried to struggle away for a second, not liking this. She'd composed herself by the time she was put down, but... grrr.

"I'm okay," she said, trying to at least sound dignified. She wasn't sure if she should be sitting up yet, but she did anyway; her balance was a little uncertain, that was all.
