Nightshift 33: Doctor's Office 2 [House]

Edgeworth's first instinct upon opening the door was to flip on the light switch, and for just a moment, he was confused as to why the fluorescent lights weren't turning on overhead. He bit back a curse, then switched his flashlight to its brightest setting, scanning the room.
"It doesn't look as if anything's hiding in here that shouldn't be. And like I said before, we're looking for his drug supply, electronics, and anything else that might be useful, patient files included."
With that, he moved to the desk, opening its top drawer.

She joined Edgeworth at the desk, peeling through documents littered about the surface. "Cleanliness doesn't seem to bother him does it?" she murmured.

The prosecutor thought for a moment, deciding to take all three of them. Junkies had secret stashes, and if the doctor was writing his own prescriptions, it wouldn't be an issue to obtain more.
"I couldn't work with a desk like this," Edgeworth answered, as he closed the drawer and tossed the bottles into his pillowcase. "It's too distracting."
He opened the second drawer. "A...PSP? I haven't seen one of these since I was a kid," he muttered. And next to that case was a Nintendo DS. "And I haven't seen one of these, either."
He carefully put the PSP, case, and games into his bag.
