Nightshift 33: Music Room
[from here]
Splitting up was still a terrifying thing, but to keep from being yelled at, Brook consented to it and headed into a different room than Archer. It was just as dark in here as it had been in the other room, if not worse, but Brook knew there would likely be more things to trip over once he started moving. Space had never been an issue in the bigger rooms, but this one was much smaller, and he'd been lucky not to have hit anything in following Archer anyway!
He gripped the bat tightly in his lanky fingers and shakily started moving deeper into the room. He just wanted an instrument, nothing more. That shouldn't be too much of a problem, right?

"Ow ow ow ow..." Brook hissed as he pushed up from the board, feeling a slight pain in his ankle but mostly focusing on the key imprints his fall had left on his face. "Yoho...hoho, that must be the first time... that an instrument has hurt me so!" he half-joked.
Taking a moment to shake out his head and correct his stance, he carefully lowered his fingers and traced them along the keys and around the frame, moving around it in a circle as he did so. This small piano had been the only thing he'd recognized in the room outside of the small drums, and he certainly was partial to the piano in general. He tested it a little with a push, and found that while it did give a bit, it was slightly heavy. Of course, it was nothing compared to the pianos he was used to, but still, it would take a bit of doing to get it moved if he tried.
Thinking about moving it brought an idea to mind however. It wouldn't be portable, he knew that much, but if it could be moved, then what was to stop him from getting it back to Luffy's room?! Keeping a piano in there would be a great idea! But how to move it? Some more testing and he decided that the seemingly fragile legs would do well to be removed. They kept him from moving it sideways well, and taking them off would take off some weight too! Time to get to work then! He set up a line, tapped the metal bat against the first of the legs, and then took a good whack!

Dragging the piano took two hands, so the bat he had to hold in his teeth by the handle, just like Zoro would have done with that third sword of his, while he used his hands to drag the piano towards the door. It took him a bit to locate the door once there, but when he did, he pushed it open with his back and began pulling his prize back into the Sun Room.
