Nightshift 33: West Wing, North Hall 1-B

[Coming from here.]

Tyler turned into the wider corridor, pausing to take a quick glance at his map, making sure he could get to where he needed to go from where he was. Seeing there was a door at the end of this hall, he turned left, figuring that was the quickest route to outside and where he was to meet Reid.

The radio's words were confusing, slightly disturbing, and completely useless. The babblings of a mad person, it sounded. Perhaps driven out by the rebel group for insanity? It was a possibility....

"We should prepare ourselves for a fight outside," she mentioned, once the radio had clicked off.

Although he didn't know it, Roxas's estimation of the most recent transmission ran somewhere along the same lines as Lust's. Whoever it had been had to be crazy-- unless it only sounded like that because of all the static? He couldn't really think of a way someone could use the phrase "blood tasted like anger" and sound sane, though, so he eventually abandoned that theory.

Tightening his grip on his flashlight, he nodded and said, "Got it." Not much else needed to be said, really.

Ugh. That noise just gave her the creeps. She wasn't about to question how exactly the radio worked, but no she had a feeling she shouldn't ever.

Just what the hell was going on in this place?

Esmeralda grabbed onto the tambourine at her waist and continued to follow. It seemed enough that Lust knew what she was doing enough to listen.

Lust took a deep breath and continued down the corridor, to the door that would take them outside.

She had no idea what to expect out there, but she could only hope it wasn't a massacre....
