The fact that it definitely sounded like the doc was saying there was a chance he wouldn't remember another personality being in control was definitely a bad sign when he considered everything. He was still sure he was sane (or pretty sure, at least), but he didn't like that the possibility was out there...

"So I wouldn't remember?" he said, more to himself than to Dr. Wilson. If he wouldn't remember it, then the fact he was missing some small part of his memory, the part in which he could have possibly been arrested, was the last thing he could tell the doctor. He gave the man a good-natured smile. "Then it's a good thing there aren't any gaps in my memory!"
