Then instead of there being sails, there were two rigid, very large metal wings on it, one sticking out of each side perpendicular to the body of the sloop. Instead of sails to move the ship through the air, it has large engines that generate enough energy and wind to raise the ship up into the air and moving forward as it rides the air currents like a bird does."
The Bride hoped she'd dumbed the explanation down enough that Zoro might start to understand.
