Ashton found himself rather twitchy as he was led to the Sun Room. He'd kept to himself most of the day, doodling pictures of barrels in his notebook. Somehow he felt a little bit guilty about the previous night, as if his sleeping had somehow messed up the nightshift plans. Which it probably had. He hoped the Colonel would give him another assignment.
Right now he had to wait for his post-lunch date. Except it wasn't really a date, but it was a meeting with a girl, so... Ashton was a little nervous. He was generally nervous meeting new people anyway, but this was weird. They were about to discuss things he hadn't really wanted to talk in detail about for days.
But he had to be here for his fellow patients! He had to help in any way he could, right?!
The swordsman took a deep breath and popped down on the couch, tapping nimble toes in front of him in a steady rhythm. He had rhythm. He had music. He had his - well, that was certainly enough of that little tune, wasn't it.
