Day 32: Sun Room (2nd shift)
After the couple glasses of water Leon managed to gulp down during breakfast, the mage felt immensely better. He was still a bit tired, but that was nothing a little lounging on one of the sofas wouldn't cure. Stretching his arms above his head, he couldn't help but wish he'd had the chance to grab one of his new doctor's coats before leaving his room that morning. Maybe they would have let him get away with wearing it. Maybe.
He grabbed an empty sofa, pulling out the journal he tried to keep on him at all times. It was nearly complete now. Just a couple more pages to go. It might not improve his spellcasting that much, but any improvement was better than none. It was getting to where it might be too dangerous for him to use spells at all, if it left him so worn out without even finishing a monster off.

There. Ururu thought that sounded right, like it matched what Rukia had told her. She was pretty sure about the people who didn't remember things, at least. Like how Renji didn't remember the Arrancar.
The man didn't seem too interested in the bulletin board right now, which was okay. Ururu thought he might want to use it though, since if he did have friends here, they could be worried about him. Still, it was his choice, and the little girl nodded. At least she could tell him more about what he'd see.
"There are lots of people here. Most of them use the bulletin." Even Ururu, though she wasn't the best at reading or writing. "There are even groups of patients who use it to organize what they do at night. The Arts and Crafts Club is run by people from my world, the Shinigami. Since it's dangerous, you might want to see about joining them, Mister..."
The little girl's voice trailed off, fading to silent as she remembered that this stranger hadn't given her his name. She fidgeted a little where she stood, smoothing out the pants that she still wasn't entirely used to, and hoped that maybe he wouldn't notice her mistake.

Although if the girl said the members were "shinigami," one might suppose that they weren't making crocheted doilies. Not that Yue had ever encountered any shinigami, but if Ururu was from a different world as she claimed, maybe they did exist there. He blinked, then shook his head lightly once, trying to bring his thoughts back on track. This was probably going to take a while to process.
When the girl's voice trailed off, he allowed the silence to persist just a touch past 'awkward' and moving into 'uncomfortable,' then finally said, "Yue." His eyes slid back toward her as he spoke, expression unchanging. "My name is Yue."
