Artemis nodded, "Oh yes, please do. B'sides," The boy tested the restraints. From what he could tell, they were the thick, leather kind with chains. There was no way he'd be able to get out of them with just one hand and the tools afforded to them. His sword would never make it through the leather.

"I dan't think you'd be able ta get these off. They look pretty strong ta me," He sighed and rattled them a little. No dice. "I don' need ta go anywhere anyway. I'm safe here."
