[If you have plans, I can delete. ♥]

Well...talking to the human boy, Tamaki, had certainly been an...enlightening experience. At least now Keman had a better insight into the mind of the average adolescent two-legger male (the only flaw: Tamaki was hardly "average"). The young dragon was an amateur anthropologist (and zoologist. and historian. and a whole bunch of other things.) at heart, and people fascinated him. If nothing else, being thrown into a closed environment with all these humans provided him with ample material to study.

And the fact that Shana, Shadow, and Valyn were all already engaged in conversation gave him an excuse to do so.

Most of the food was still completely foreign to him, but he was starting to recognize a few things. Like the "hamburgers" he'd eaten yesterday. It all smelled all right, so he figured it would be okay. He had to learn to be more adventurous--embrace his newfound omnivore...ness!--and all that. He piled his plate high and looked around for somewhere to sit. He finally decided on another adolescent male. Unless he wanted to be taken for someone who preferred males again (not that there was anything wrong with that!), he'd have to learn to more effectively imitate what he saw here.

"Hallo!" he said brightly. "May I sit, or are you waiting for someone?"

The boy certainly did have a rather expectant look on his face...
