Nightshift 27: M101-M110 Hallway
[From here]
After figuring out how to open the door, Scar carefully peeked into the hallway. The hall was dark, but the former lion couldn't see anything move. Closing the door quietly behind him, he slowly moved further down the hallway while using the wall as support. He found that he could retain his balance better while having something to lean on.

Quatre only had a little ways more to go, and then he would be at the meeting place for his friends.
He wondered if they were already there. He would hate to be the last one to the party. It wasn't as fashionable as some might be lead to believe.

Byakuya strode down the hall quickly, seeing little of interest about.

The hallway was dark, and the flashlight illuminated a bare patch of floor in front of Naoto's feet. He started toward the main hallway, following Naoya's map.
Outside M103
Turning down a final hall filled woth doors that led off into individual rooms, Daemon assumed, he slowed his pace, feeling his way along, before he finally stopped outside the door where he could feel his father's presence inside.
Lips quirking faintly, he cast a glance up and down the hall to either side of him before lifting his hand to knock.
Re: Outside M103
More by instinct than from hearing anything specific, he sensed Daemon was outside and opened the door. Not too quickly he hoped when he saw the knuckles poised to rap against it. "Thank you for coming so quickly," he said in a low voice. At the last minute he went back to pull the journal and a few pens out of the desk and put them in his coat pocket. "I believe I'm ready now."

Saetan didn't want to dismiss the advice, but he was more anxious to see what they were facing and judge from there than loading himself down with odds and ends. "I think I'll manage with what I have. Where are we meeting your friends?"
Re: Outside M103
He straightened with an easy grace, hands tucked casually in his pockets as he stepped back, leaving room for his father to exit into the hall, switching his own flashlight back on to illuminate the way.
"If you're ready, we can head back that way."
Re: Outside M103
The lack of noise disturbed him, almost more than in the day. He was sure it was noisier elsewhere, but it was eerily quiet here. He kept his flashlight gripped as a potentional cudgel. He could barely seen the end of the hallway in the distance. "There are more people here than I originally thought. As you lead the way, why don't you tell me where your room is." The story of how he'd met River and the others, he'd get out of him eventually. Having Deamon by his side, while not fostering over-confidence, did give him a strong sense that Dr. Landel and his staff had no idea what they'd taken on in letting two who wore the Black work together, even hampered by unknown forces.
Re: Outside M103
Moving down the hall, he glanced at the room numbers as they passed. "Your room was M103, I glanced at it before I knocked. My own room is M2. I've not been able to find any rhyme or reason that they put people where they do. Maybe it's random. My roommate has proven to be... interesting. But at least he was friendly. What about yours?"

He waved his fingers dismissively back toward his room. "That young man seemed more puzzled than I am. Newer perhaps? That seems unlikely but possible. He never said so clearly, but I believe he thought I was someone or something else."
"Do the people you've met seem to be leaders or rulers from their homes?"

Lifting his wand, Bast grinned to himself as he eyed the rows of doors. Surely there had to be something interesting here! The Head Doctor would be so pleased with him! That would get him chocolate chip waffles for breakfast for sure. With whipcream!
That thought in mind, he started down the hallway whistling to himself.
