Despite being reprimanded for his serious error, Larsa could only feel a wave of relief wash over him when he caught sight of his guardian walking out of his designated hallway.

"My apologies, Gabranth. But I've no patience to confirm my fears simply by waiting for you to come to my room. Please understand." The child spoke softly, cautiously. Though they were still in a patient block, danger could very well be waiting around the corner. He did his best to grace the man with a smile, shining his flashlight around to watch other patients move to and fro the various rooms.

The rapier that he carried with him suddenly felt heavy in his grasp, and per usual, Larsa quickly lifted it as high as he was able for Gabranth to take. The last thing that he would ever want was to be utterly useless in a battle, but he did not feel it was right to leave his guardian unarmed.
