Harry's eyes widened. "What?" he asked, thinking back. He felt defensive. Not only was Snape insulting him by insinuating that he would do such a thing, but he was bringing up what his father had done once again. Even if Harry had learned more about when his parents were school age (mostly thanks to Snape himself) that didn't take away the embarrassment and shock over seeing his father bully someone such a way.
