Heading into the library, Hughes nodded to Roy and cast his eyes over the room. He knew there were new people around - like Ururu - but Renji had done the bright thing and posted the needed information on the bulletin board. Someone should do that every time they got an influx.
Instead of looking for someone who had that confused 'new meat' look, he noticed a slender, sleepy looking kid hunched over a book. In a wheelchair. Ouch.
He headed over, a sympathetic look on his face.
"Rough night?" he asked. "Sorry, don't mean to interrupt your reading, I just noticed the wheelchair... I got stuck in one of those once."
