Unfortunately for Bob, the "delicious and tasty orderly flesh" belonged to well trained (if still delicious and tasty) male orderlies, who had muscle enough between them to keep the man restrained. Obviously the patient refused to cooperate, and without further warning, the woman injected Bob with a large dose of sedative.
"Yes, you don't have to worry, Brandon." The nurse gave a gentle smile to the boy, her voice reassuring. "We're going to take him somewhere else now, and watch him to make sure he doesn't bother you again."
With a nod to the orderlies, the group headed off, the nurse scanning the cafeteria for an appropriate place to leave Gluttony.
