Nightshift 26: F-Block Hallway
[From here.]
Shining the flashlight around the corner, Rukia didn't see any other patients around, which was fine with her at the moment. She wanted to get to Colonel Mustang quickly, and hopefully Renji wouldn't take too long to meet her...

And he couldn't really tell the difference - to him, Gailardia hadn't really aged a day. Neither had Jade, but everyone knew that Jade was a creepy vampire who didn't age anyway.

"Well, yeah, Van is dead." It was strange to say it just like that, but it had been a year for Guy since that had happened, and he had put it behind him. It hadn't been easy for him to forget about the past he'd had with that man for long enough to kill him, but they had all managed somehow. He had continued to remind himself that Tear had to have it that much worse, and it made it a little easier to deal with.
"Things calmed down after that, but... Well, Luke disappeared." He wasn't sure if Peony had heard about that (probably not, or the timeline difference would have been noticed earlier). "We were all going about our lives, waiting for him to come back. That's about it, really."
To get to F24, they had to turn here, right? Guy kept an eye out as he moved on, though it was Peony who would be recognizing their companion for the night.
