Night 69: Mail Room
[from here]
Soushi was somewhat surprised when the door opened easily and though it was hard to tell if they had wound up in the room they ought to have and not some strange portal through time and space, it did look normal enough. There was the same bland carpet and a few shelves, though not much of note. It seemed like some sort of inter-office mail system and as his eyes fell on the letters that dotted the shelves, he couldn't but be reminded of the letters he'd shared with his own master. It didn't seem to be the room they were looking for, but it still held promise.
"I'm not certain if this is the room, but would you mind terribly if we had a look around?" he asked as he turned toward Castiel.

"Every Sunday is a visitor day, where so-called loved ones will arrive and meet with certain patients. They're brainwashed to believe the lies that the nurses and doctors spread here, however, so it wouldn't be the sort of reunion you'd expect." His conversation with Sam and Dean had been awkward and stilted for a number of reasons, and it wasn't something he wished to repeat.
Since it appeared that Soushi was done with this room, it was about time to move on. They didn't want to run out of time in the night before they reached Soushi's intended destination, and so Castiel slowly limped back out into the hallway.
