Day 68: Intercom, Afternoon
As they day progressed into the afternoon hours and lunch officially ended, the intercom came on, managing to be completely audible despite the storm that was raging outside.
"I hope you all enjoyed your lunches, but it's time to move on... And while the plan was for the female patients to head out onto the field, that's probably not something most of you are going to want to do. You're welcome to try and endure the storm, but you'll need to be careful with that. You're all free to remain in the Sun Room and stay warm, however.
"The male patients will still have access to the greenhouse, as that's a covered building. No matter where you choose to go for the last activity of the day, make sure to have fun!"
The Head Doctor cleared his throat. "And those of you who are ill, do take care of yourselves."
The intercom shut off and the nurses sprang into action to get the patients to where they wanted to go.
