Said troll had no issue at all with completely ignoring the first part of Rose's comment and being pleased by the latter part, causing a goofy smile to remain on his face. It was a rare occasion when someone agreed with him about something, and he was honestly used to such remarks being preluded by how much the one agreeing regretted having to do so.

The way down was familiar even to him now, so Gamzee went on toward the kitchen without stopping. This was a good chance for Seishin to get acquainted with the others, and he didn't have much to add that they couldn't say a million times better. He was just happy to be along. These evening trips were enjoyable.
