Night 74: West Wing, South Hall 1-A
[From here.]
What's Landel planning? He made it sound like he knew something about what they were up to. If he did, he had to be preparing something to keep them from escaping. He just didn't strike Lloyd as the kind of man who would let his victims go without a fight.
Well, if it's a fight he wants, it's a fight he'll get. Lloyd's expression hardened, and he tightened his grip on his hilt. If he had anything to say about it, he'd make sure Landel knew he'd bitten off way more than he could chew.
First, though, he needed to meet up with Castiel and Kratos. He tried not to acknowledge the worry that twisted in his stomach as he left this hall and entered the next. Kratos...

While Castiel hadn't done much interacting in general during the day, he'd still noticed that Kratos was missing. The man wasn't exactly discreet, seeing how he had an unnatural hair color and was fairly tall. Castiel should have noticed him during at least one of the shifts.
Considering what he'd gone through last night, and how terrible Castiel had felt this morning after only being oxygen-deprived for a short while, there was a chance that Kratos had been knocked off of his feet for the entire day.
Did that mean he might not show himself tonight?
At this point, there was only one way to find out. He turned the corner.

Soushi made his way down the now-familiar halls near his room and out, taking the same route his nurse took every morning to breakfast. The main difference, of course, that the entire building reeked of death and decay and the fear of its patients. He took a slow breath, the calm on his face unperturbed by what went on around him. People moved from place to place, eager to do what they could in the little time that was afforded them. And wasn't he the same?
Much as he hated to admit it, even after last night's events, he had no better idea as to how they might find the doctor, stop him, and free the patients, nevermind all the other things that would need fixing even after they accomplished that much.
Firmly setting his jaw, he continued.

In the light of Tsurugi's... misplacement, Link had completely forgotten to ponder tonight's announcement. He supposed it hardly mattered. The boss was growing frustrated, and that much had been obvious on a whole, recently.
They were nearing the main halls, though. He needed to focus.

Come to think of it, Link's ears were like that too...
While Sora should have been pondering their upcoming mission, they pretty much knew what they were doing, so he found himself thinking about this as they turned the corner.
