Night 74: M-A Block Hallway

This hall, as always, put Scar at an intense unease. His eyes lingered on the exact point he had stood when... whatever it had been had cut his throat. It shook him more than he would have liked to admit.
Scar picked up the pace, trying his damnedest to deny the jumpiness that had washed over him. It had been getting more and more difficult to stay calm, with one thing happening after another. The sensation was so vivid in his mind... He shook himself, scowled, and told himself that it would be fine once he wasn't alone.
...What an odd sentiment to have.

As Castiel made his way toward the block's exit, he double-checked his inventory. His radio and the keycards were in his trenchcoat pocket, while he held the imitation angel blade in one hand and the flashlight in the other.
He had no idea when the light would run out of batteries, but seeing how he'd bought some replacements in the electronics store during one of those "field trips," he was even prepared for that eventuality.
For now, he kept the light pointed forward as he made his way out of the block of rooms.
