Night 67: Infirmary
[from here]
Ryusei shook his head as he passed through; why was he getting disoriented? He wasn't tired or even hungry, and other than the occasional dizziness, he felt fine—fine enough that sickness wasn't something he was going to consider until other symptoms came up. This room, then, was definitely exhibiting a sense of irony: there were beds in here. Probably not for patients to reside in, from the looks of it; Ryusei only had one roommate, and there'd been a wardrobe and drawers in that room. These beds had curtains. Infirmary?
Whatever this room was, the architecture wasn't making any sense. If that outdoors area wasn't the greenhouse, then he should have seen something like the side of the building jutting out; this room was too long not to. If that outdoors area was in fact the greenhouse, then how had they gotten there?
"This doesn't make any sense," he said aloud as he started between the beds to the other end of the room.

One of the places Mikado had wondered about looking at. How strange. Despite the thought, the boy moved forward, looking at the surroundings curiously, a small smile on his lips as he looked it all over. Was there a rhyme or reason to why the doors were depositing them elsewhere? Was it all random or determined by who opened the door, maybe? He glanced up at Sakuta. "Do you want me to try to open it next? Maybe it's just something tied to you."

"—Hm? Uh, sure." Was there a reason Ryuugamine was smiling? 'Tied to' Ryusei; what did that even mean. Ryuugamine was closer to the only door in this room; unless he'd been set on having Ryusei open all the doors, it was only natural that Ryuugamine would get to it first.
And what did Ryuugamine think he knew about Ryusei? There was no connection between Ryusei and this room. No matter how much—little. No matter how little sense this room's appearance made in connection to what Ryusei was looking for (and anyway, if it was really tied to that, he would have opened the door to an exit out of this place), Ryuugamine shouldn't have known about that. "... Why do you say that?"

He grimaced lightly at that, a hand trailing upward to touch the edges of his bandage. "I just thought that maybe each of us can only get to so many rooms... Or something." He shrugged, seemingly content with that line of thinking. "Or it might not be any of that."
The boy waited a moment for the other to move nearer, then reached for the door. "I guess we'll see?"
