Ilia led them into the freezing room and did her best to do a quick scan with he flashlight. The beam bounced off the items stocked on the shelves, but nothing so dangerous as a cat's eyes flashed back at her. Safe again, for now.

Hakkai gave Gren what he hoped looked like an amused, assured, smile. He certainly didn't feel it - the lightheadedness was starting to war with a headache, and even the muted freezer smell of the food seemed like it was making it worse.

"Well, it's what we came for, isn't it?" The question was mostly rhetorical, and he slipped down into the whole in the floor, and headed down the stairs it concealed.
