As they walked inside once more, Spock shined his light up ahead, illuminating their path. So far there did not appear to be any creatures waiting to ambush them; even so, Spock's back remained rigid as he listened for anything out of the ordinary. Goku had momentarily quieted after his previous warning, so perhaps he would do so again until the next time Spock had to instruct him to lower his voice.
In the meantime, it appeared as though this area consisted of an empty counter, which indicated they had reached the room in which the staff's food was likely served. If the map Spock had read before was to believed, then a kitchen was in their path.
"Have you looked at maps of the building before?" Spock quietly murmured.
