It was a lot to take in. Even though he had not dumped loads of information on this newcomer in the same way his teammates had, Minato could tell the other was thinking about the institute and what little he had said. He waited for a few moments, lowering his flashlight slightly.

What else could he tell him? He had been fortunate to have friends who had been in the institute for awhile, telling him about their weakened powers and how necessary it was to be armed.
