Naruto woke up to the sound of the intercom, going on about "soccer" or something. He zoned out after a few sentences, not knowing or caring about soccer and movie selections. What he did care about, however, was food! It sounded like there was a bunch to be had. And hey, it wasn't ramen, but it was still food, and he was pretty hungry.

He was still disappointed about the crap that had - or, rather, hadn't - happened yesterday, but at least he knew there were more people here than he'd originally thought! Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, Kiba, Shikamaru...was he missing someone? Probably. But Sakura would remember, or Kakashi would. No use sweating the small details. He'd have to find the bulletin board and see if he could talk to them, though.

The nurse came to collect him, calling him the wrong name. He glared at her and, ultimately, decided to ignore her.

Once in the cafeteria, he gathered several different kinds of foods that didn't go together at all. He looked around to ask the nurse about ramen, but she wasn't next to him anymore. Leave it to anyone here to be super useless!

He decided to sit down and eat before running off in search of a familiar face. Maybe he'd get lucky and they'd find him, anyway.
