Hisoka closed his eyes again, he had caught the attention of everyone in the room now, perhaps even some who weren't. The boy would have to be far more careful now, they were dangerous in numbers no matter how unarmed they all were.

But he had at least wounded one of them. The boy listened only to the wounded patient's thoughts for a short moment then returned to the broad spectrum of all of them at once.

They were frightened. Alert. Hiding only gave him a slight advantage with so many, he would have to get one of them out of commision before doing anything more.
