Abe looked perplexed, head tilting to the side as his automaton arm fed him the chip. That sounded very much like Superman, or one of the other "superheroes" he'd seen on television. Was the statesman insane, or were such things possible in his world? It wasn't entirely out of the bounds of possibility.

"Then many people have these abilities and wear separate costumes for them? That's very interesting!" Now he couldn't resist finding out what was going on. Abe stood, grinning sincerely but far too wide, and offered the statesman a handshake.
