Mori was shuffled off the bus and given a jacket to go with his t-shirt, along with the usual coupons. As he slipped the jacket on, he couldn't help but notice the nurses giggling a little at his shirt. Yeah, sure, it was probably funny to them, but really? Given him a shirt that had the single musical note for 'silence' was kind of, well, silly. He didn't really mind because not everyone was going to understand it, but if Mitsukuni caught sight of it, his cousin would definitely laugh. Or pat him on the head.

Sighing, Mori moved off to try and find said cousin and get the teasing over with. However, as he walked through the park (nice park, green, lots of trees - oh, a bird - that was kind of cute), he noticed someone else who almost seemed asleep on a nearby bench.

That...probably wasn't a good idea. Sleeping in a park usually meant someone was going to get mistaken for being homeless, or else get pickpocketed. If someone didn't at least watch out for this guy, some other ill-intentioned person might come along and--

Oh, whoa. Mori blinked and looked down, not realizing that he'd moved over to stand near the stranger's bench. Guess he was playing guard today then. Shifting his weight to one foot to get a little more comfortable, Mori gazed around the park and wondered just where he got this protective streak from. Maybe it had to do with his family. Was protectiveness a genetic trait? He hoped not. That would be kind of weird.
