Jiraiya stopped mid-step as the room changed around them--and in the next moment, he was already attempting to dispell the genjutsu. Except that his chakra was sealed. It of course did nothing, and Jiraiya muttered a curse under his breath.

From what little he could see, Sakura couldn't dispell whatever it was either, and she had some of her chakra available. Which mean that this was either a powerful genjutsu... or anything but an illusion at all.

Warping reality was not beyond Landel's abilities. The Institute had shifted before, according to others. Jiraiya frowned--they had to go another way, especially if Landel's turned into some sort of crazy reality altering killing machine at night. ... Okay, so that wasn't likely, but it was better to be cautious then dead!

Sakura stopped Naruto, and Jiraiya smiled thinly. Good. She wasn't going to take any chances on Naruto not noticing.
